  Nothing super interesting happened on this day in WSOP history, so here's a factoid: Only three players have come in second place in the WSOP Main Event twice. Crandell Addington was the first to do it in 1974 and 1978. Seven years later, T.J. Cloutier became the second (1985 & 2000), and the very next year Dewey Tomko became the third (1982 & 2001).
