Fifty Gala Playing Card Deck

As part of the celebration of the fiftieth World Series of Poker, the Fifty Gala was held on June 29, 2019. The fifty greatest poker players of all time were honored.

The Fifty Gala playing card deck highlights the accomplishments of these poker legends.

The front of each card has the suit and denomination, player name, and a caricature.1

The backs have the name, a poker-related quote, and one to three factoids. Players also have their best WSOP Main Event finish, WSOP bracelets, WSOP cashes, WPT titles, and career live tournament winnings.

Eight special awards were also presented, with Chris Moneymaker winning three of them outright (Most Impressive WSOP Main Event Victory, Bluff of the Century, and Most Memorable TV Hand) and sharing one with Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, and Phil Hellmuth (Four Most Important Players in WSOP History). Negreanu also won two awards outright (Fan Favorite and Best Overall WSOP Performance [2013]), while Hellmuth was also named WSOP's Favorite Bad Boy. Justin Bonomo was dubbed Most Likely to Succeed for his future bracelet potential.
